Original Vintage LOST in SPACE Helmet and Gun Set Original Box Remco 1966

F rom 1966, here is the Extremely Rare "Lost in Space" (LIS) Helmet and Gun Set WITH the Original box. This set, both helmet and gun, rarely ever appears on the market, particularly with the original box.

We often see the Remco "Lost in Space" robot for sale, but NOT this incredibly rare set. It is the first we have ever acquired in 30 + years collecting vintage TV Toy memorabilia. If you are looking for the Robot we can always find one.

But, if you desire the Helmet/Gun set in original box, this is probably the ONLY time you will ever see it for sale. Especially in this kind of condition! NOTE: Both the Gun and Helmet match the box.

Most of these that appear for sale have a gun of different color than the box, which may be because they are later editions. Some guns are blue and/or yellow instead of the Gray, Black trim and Orange that appears on the box. ALSO, most of these that have the original boxes, the boxes are in rough shape like peeling, tearing scratches of the prized box lithograph. This one as you can see from the enlargeable images above is quite exceptional! REMCO BOXED LOST IN SPACE HELMET & GUN SET.

Box has a very small even line puncture to label (Not a hole). Plastic helmet has original decal stickers and elastic strap which still retains a little elasticity. Facsimile light fixture on top has some silver luster loss and light wear to clear plastic dome. 10.75" long hard plastic battery-operated "Signal Ray Gun is missing bulb and brass battery contact and is untested as such. Gun has "Remco" sticker and recessed area that has lightning bolts sticker covered w/clear plastic.

Silver luster wear to gun exterior, but this appears to be as produced, w/luster thin at spots. 1-1/8 crack to front center of barrel cone. Small piece off back of sights.
