Vintage Dinky Toys No 351 UFO SHADO Interceptor Gerry Anderson Space Scarlet
Good solid model with yellow missile with red tip. The Original Dinky interceptor model is in good condition with some playwear and paint loss to surfaces including scratches, scuffs and chips. Pilot is in position and is orange flight suit with no helmet. This guy was a maverick by the looks of things.
Windscreen is clear plastic with scratches to the surface but in good condition. Firing mechanism is working and missile will fire so please be careful. Silver paint on grill has mainly flaked off revealing orange plastic underneath The exhausts to rear are in good condition with orange plastic exposed where silver paint has flaked off All skis in good condition with some minor stress marks to plastic on underside. Engine at rear is scratched and chipped around rim.
Super rare model with missile. Engine in good condition with some chipping. Decals in place on both sides with SHADO written Supreme HQ Alien defence Organisation A very good rare model with missile and reproduction box for display.
The main carton is sturdy and looks good. Very rare model which are getting harder and harder to find. I have loads of these models as i used to collect them but have started to sell them due to lack of space and other reasons.
