Wheels could be oiled to improved rotating ease and efficiency. Two (2) new, heavy-duty'D' batteries would also help power the spoked wheel assembly. Crane hoist and original attached cord present. Both power and directional levers intact and present. Good to Very Good overall vintage condition.
