This vintage toy robot from Japan, made by Yonezawa / Waco in the 1960s (Laughing Space Robot, also known as Happy Harry the Hysterical Robot) is in good working condition DOES NOT LAUGH. Cycles between bump n go action with arms swinging, then stops and opens lit up mouth, does NOT laugh when shoulders moving up and down. MISSING THE BATTERY ARM TO KEEP THE BATTERY DOOR CLOSED.
