Lego 10198 Star Wars Tantive IV Failed Seals Open Box

The glue seals have failed while in storage due to age so box is no longer sealed and can be opened but haven't messed with it. One seal still kinda holds on the back right bottom but otherwise is coming off. Thought since seals failed I should build but would rather sell onward to a new owner who can open and build it.

Its otherwise a new in box Lego Star Wars 10198 Tantive IV anniversary edition, See pictures.
