Ohio Art Astroray Gun Astro Ray Boxed Vintage C. 1960 With Target And Darts

OHIO ART ASTRORAY GUN ASTRO RAY BOXED VINTAGE C. 1960 WITH TARGET AND DARTS This is the original Astroray gun in the very hard to find original box.

This is not the current reissue. This one has a push mechanism for the dart gun, not the the newer slide pull.

The box is the best part here. It is in very good clean condition with some corner splitting and wear. Window is torn up but still present mostly.

One side of the window frame is neatly split and hard to see in the pics. Some other signs of wear and tearing. But still a very hard box to find. The guns has some issues. The spring action works strong.

The light works as well but the battery terminal is out of the slot. So it needs to be re-fit. The gun is splitting and cracking at the seams, top and bottom. It looks like someone tried to pry it apart to refit the battery terminal. There is some minor plastic loss.

It appears to be missing a lens in the front as well. Still a good candidate for repair. The darts have deteriorating tips. They are hard and fragile.

The target is quite nice but it has some surface dents form target shooting. These are hard to see in the pics. They are small and shallow, and there are quite a few of them.
