Takara Invader Henshin Cyborg Uchujin Z vintage Alien 8 Mego Scale Toy In Box
This listing is for an original vintage Takara Henshin/Shonen Cyborg 8 tall Invader Z alien villian. Figure is missing one foot (comes as shown with removable resin reproduction casting with imbedded glitter fleck). Some damage to neck repaired (very common with these figures). Flashing chest light feature works well, joints tight and figure readily stands unaided. Body is clean and otherwise free of defect, with very clean and like new internal elastics.
Original box with excellent condition insert, colors bright, very little edge foxing as visible in photos. This is a very rare, vintage, excellent piece of transparent glitter bat headed Japanese monster craziness which is extremely hard to find with packaging. Being Shonen scale it is the same size and height as Mego 8 dolls and Denys Fisher Android/Cyborg/Muton dolls. These were never released outside of Japan, and have never been reproduced (fully jointed and very different than the larger 2000s hollow vinyl sofubi characters).
