Vintage 1969 Congost Rescate Espacial Space Rescue Tinplate Toy Gemini Apollo

A rare gem from 1969 - the Congost Rescate Espacial Space Rescue Tinplate Toy. Crafted by the Spanish company Congost, this vintage treasure takes you back to the era of space exploration.

Operating on batteries, this set features a tinplate helicopter, a plastic boat, and a space capsule reminiscent of the Gemini mission, complete with three plastic crew members. The controls for the helicopter offer a unique play experience, allowing you to manage height, route, and speed. Despite its age, this toy is in remarkable condition, with all original components intact, accompanied by the instructions. Unfortunately I couldn't get this one working, but it's in good cosmetic shape. The box shows the most signs of wear, but an acceptable amount given its age.
