Vintage 1982 Lego 6950 Classic Space Mobile Rocket Transport Incomplete

Did not attempt to assemble since the manual is not present. Looks like both minifigures are missing, and possibly more pieces- I'm not sure. Box is a bit mangled with masking tape in some spots, etc. Looks like 8 wheels are here.
