Vintage 60s Moon Explorer Gakken Toy Japan Space Tin Litho Astronaut READ

One wheel has come off, the other attached but axle not in correct position. Maybe someone can repair this.

Could not get it to work, tested but it didn't do anything. Battery compartment is clean however, so I'm not sure if this can be repaired as well. It has some other condition issues from age and play, plastic bubble has warping and item has some rust and spots of bumpy paint. Not a bad display piece but not pristine for the pristine collector.
