Vintage King Ding Brain Robot Battery operated toy Ding A Lings in the box 1971

Vintage 1971 Topper toys , The World of Ding A Lings. The King Ding and his brain robot in the original box. This plastic robot toy in excellent very clean condition, Lightly used, no damages, The battery functions were tested and it did not work, the metal contacts are clean and the battery box also looks okay, however I found that the 4 D sized batteries I used today are smaller than the old chunky ones from many years ago so the contacts just do not align properly and the batteries have alot of room to shift around in the compartment. The toy is fresh out of a local estate and has not been tampered or tinkered with, I will leave that to the toy doctors/ experts.

The original box has moderate wear, there are a few small tears at the top flaps where there were once factory staples but all flaps are present. Cardboard has age discoloration, some rubs and wear, a little loss in spots to the colors on the litho panels. Cardboard is strong, box is square and it presents and displays very well. No instructions are included, Just the robot and box as shown and described.

The toy and box are exactly as pictured. ALL ITEMS ARE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED.
