Time capsule - very few of these things have survived to our time in such a wonderful state. The early version differs from the later version by a fully electric remote control and the presence of two motors (one on each side), which can be visually identified by the control panel - in the later version there is a steering wheel on the control panel, the earlier version is more reliable. Powered by two 4.5 volt batteries. To insert the batteries, you need to slightly loosen the front nut (white) and pull out the transparent cab. Watch the video of the work - it pulls slightly in one direction when moving - I think that the mechanism needs to be lubricated, because the toy is several decades old.
