Vintage Rare NORMA Moon Research Station Explorer Space Tin Toy USSR

This is Vintage Very Rare NORMA Moon Research Station Explorer. I tried but it doesn't want to work, maybe there is some damage. There is also a disconnected wire at the bulb. The plastic element inside is slightly broken and curved and does not fit well.

There are scratches on the transparent dome. Slight scratches and slight rust in some places. There is slight rust on the battery cover and terminals.
