Vintage space flying saucer toy disc shooter

Hi, this is a toy I never received, it was in a box in the attic for who knows how long. I'm guessing it's from the 60's. We know nothing about vintage toys. " PLEASE " see the pictures and use the " ZOOM " feature.

The plastic blister pack does have some cracks and the card is worn from age.
