MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN, THIS IS SCARCE TINPLATE SPACESHIP, CAT NO 194. FIRST SEEN IN A WELLS BRIMTOY ADVERT FROM 1953 AND WAS ALSO SPOTTED IN A ADVERTISER NEWSPAPER DATED 15th MAY, 1954. THE DESIGN POSSIBLY TOOK INSPIRATION FROM A DRAWING IN THE BRITISH SPACEMAN MAGAZINE SPACESHIP.

This in good condition for its age. The friction motor no longer works (the wheels move but stop right away).

The toy has surface scuffs, scratches and wear throughout, and a also has surface rust. For its age and rarity, good though. These are exceptionally rare toys in any condition to be honest, and this one is a nice and 100% original example.
