Yoshiya Japan Sky Patrol Flying Saucer. White, blue and red tinplate battery operated flying saucer. This is the familiar Yoshiya flying saucer pressing in an unusual white based clolor scheme with a blue base and a red trim.
A crescent shaped spark window is positioned at the back of the dome. Two angled antennas tipped with plastic. The Asiatic rounded tin astronaut pilot sits under a clear plastic dome.
The other unique feature of this saucer is the multicolored set of nine plastic gears set into a clear plastic assembly. This is described as the "Transparent Machine". Bump and go action with noise and flashing light.First sighting currently Polsky's catalog for 1966, with an unconfirmed catalog listing in 1965. Measures approx 8 in diameter.
White, red & blue tinplate battery operated toy. It is not functioning, but the battery terminals do not appear damaged. There is some body wear and some plastic wear, but overall in nice condition. Wheels still move and are intact.
